Week 3 NFL DFS Stacks for DraftKings, FanDuel - Top Daily Fantasy Football Picks Include Derrick Henry, Kyler Murray, Chris Olave, and CeeDee Lamb

Derrick Henry - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL Injury News, DFS Lineup Picks

Welcome to Week 3 of NFL DFS stacks for DraftKings and FanDuel. The third week of the NFL season brings tension, suspense, and drama! With several teams going 0-2, this weekend is huge, with most games feeling like must-win situations.

This article will focus on Sunday's 1 p.m. main slate, which features 12 games on DraftKings and 13 on FanDuel. Last week, I targeted Kyler Murray and Marvin Harrison Jr., Derek Carr and Alvin Kamara, and Jared Goff and Amon-Ra St. Brown. My thoughts regarding these stacks were that players like Kamara and Harrison were due a big game, and boy, did they get there!

I'll be here all season to talk stacks and strategy (@winesportstalk on X). Who do I think is due for a breakout game this week? Let's find out! These are my favorite game stacks for the NFL DFS slate on DraftKings and FanDuel, which kicks off at 1:00 p.m. EDT on Sunday, September 22.

New Orleans Saints vs. Philadelphia Eagles

The Eagles are heading into very hostile territory at the Superdome as the Saints look for their first 3-0 start since 2013. We just watched New Orleans drop 44 points at Jerry World, with Kamara rushing for three touchdowns and one receiving touchdown.

Rashid Shaheed had his own breakout game last week, hauling in four passes for 96 yards and a touchdown. He has seven catches for 169 yards in his last two games with two touchdowns. At first glance, this looks like a chalky stack, but adding Olave and fading Kamara will make the difference.

Bring-back option:

A.J. Brown missed last week's game and looks to miss another this week. DeVonta Smith will be a popular target for Jalen Hurts, and if this game stays tight, we could see big numbers on both sides.

Sneaky option: Use Jalen Hurts alone (naked quarterback, as we say in the DFS world) with Shaheed and Olave, and Kamara or Taysom Hill. If the Saints drop another 40+ points, all the Saints will be in play, and Hurts will have to put the Eagles on his back to catch up.

Detroit Lions at Arizona Cardinals

This game has one of the highest Vegas totals on this Sunday's slate, currently at 51.5, with the Lions favored by three. The DFS public never seems to have faith in the Lions, especially when facing a Cardinals team that just beat the Rams 41-10.

I expect Kyler Murray to be pressured much more than last week, which will mean he'll be running around making wild plays, but the Lions will be putting up the points. Amon-Ra's price tag should keep his ownership on the lower side, and he has the potential to break the slate against Arizona.

Bring-back option:

Murray will have to throw it to someone when he's being chased, and it'll probably be Harrison. The wide receiver had a breakout game last week, and I don't see why he can't put up big numbers again on Sunday.

Sneaky option: Stack the Cardinals or use Murray on his own. The DFS world still lacks confidence in Murray, but he'll have another strong outing this Sunday, so get him while he's hot and low-owned.

Baltimore Ravens at Dallas Cowboys

If this isn't a must-watch game, I don't know what is! The Cowboys were just picked apart by the New Orleans Saints at Jerry World, and the Ravens are 0-2 for the season, yet they are favored by one. Everyone is waiting for Derrick Henry's breakout game, and this could be it if what Alvin Kamara did to the Cowboys last week is any indication.

The Ravens and Cowboys are shaping up to be two of the lower-owned team stacks this Sunday. Given the over/under and a spread of -1, these teams look like the week's sneaky game stack!

If I had to pick one of these teams to win, it's Baltimore. Why? The Ravens have a better coach, and Dallas' pressure when playing at home adds to Baltimore's advantage.

Bring-back option:

It's CeeDee Lamb. If you throw him the ball, he'll catch it!

Sneaky option: I think the field will be stacking Baltimore, which means stacks featuring Dak Prescott, CeeDee Lamb, and Brandin Cooks will be lower-owned with a very high ceiling. I tend to plug in Cooks a lot, given that when he catches passes, they tend to be bombs and lead to touchdowns.

Good luck in your tournaments and see you next week!
