It's Week 13, and we're in the final week of the fantasy regular season for a lot of you. Some of you may even be in the playoffs already, or you're playing for the consolation trophy. Whatever the case, kickers still matter.
In Week 12, we saw a quiet week from some of our kickers, but we also got 14 points from a couple of guys. One nice thing that we're seeing about our matchups for this week is that multiple good offenses have matchups against good defenses. That means good stuff for kickers.
Week 13 is here, and the bye weeks are finally gone. We don't have to worry about streaming a guy because our starter is getting a break. We get to start whoever we want as long as they're available to us. This is exactly what we want to see in the final push for the fantasy playoffs.

Week 13 Kickers To Start & Stream: Tiers & Rankings
Tier 1 NFL Kickers
1. Harrison Butker (KC) vs OAK
2. Wil Lutz (NO) @ ATL
3. Mason Crosby (GB) @ NYG
4. Justin Tucker (BAL) vs SF
5. Zane Gonzalez (ARI) vs LAR
After a week off, Kansas City Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker is back and at the top of our rankings. This offense has been a little less efficient of late, which means more kicking opportunities for Butker. New Orleans Saints kicker Wil Lutz was the team's hero in Week 12, and he has a good matchup in Week 13 against the Atlanta Falcons in a hot divisional matchup. Green Bay Packers kicker Mason Crosby is next. He put up zero points last week, and I don't care. Crosby and this team have an easier matchup against the New York Giants this week, which will make life much easier.
Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker gets our next spot. He kicked a lot of extra points in Week 12, but the San Francisco 49ers are a much better defense that could cause more field goal attempts for Tucker. Arizona Cardinals kicker Zane Gonzalez has to love playing in this offense. They're on the field a lot, and he gets plenty of opportunities for extra points and field goals. In a game between two offensive-minded teams, there should be plenty of scoring opportunities.
Tier 2 NFL Kickers
6. Chase McLaughlin (SF) @ BAL
7. Jake Elliott (PHI) @ MIA
8. Nick Folk (NE) @ HOU
9. Sam Ficken (NYJ) @ CIN
10. Greg Zuerlein (LAR) @ ARI
San Francisco 49ers kicker Chase McLaughlin leads the next tier off. He just put up 14 points, and he could do it again against a Ravens team that has been hotter than anyone. He'll need to score a lot. Philadelphia Eagles kicker Jake Elliott is next. This offense has shown struggles this year, but the Miami Dolphins have been the get-right spot every week. New England Patriots kicker Nick Folk comes in at No. 8. This offense will find ways to get him in scoring position against a suspect Houston Texans Defense.
New York Jets kicker Sam Ficken is on an offense that is finding ways to beat up on bad teams. In Week 13 against the 0-11 Cincinnati Bengals, I don't see that changing, which means points for Sam "Kickin" Ficken. Los Angeles Rams kicker Greg Zuerlein has seen his offense struggle a lot this year, but he has a chance to put up a lot of points next week against the Cardinals. This offense has too much firepower to not put up points in this juicy matchup.
Tier 3 NFL Kickers
11. Austin Seibert (CLE) @ PIT
12. Jason Myers (SEA) @ MIN
13. Matt Gay (TB) @ JAX
14. Eddy Pineiro (CHI) @ DET
15. Adam Vinatieri (IND) vs TEN
Cleveland Browns kicker Austin Seibert is next up. This offense is finally living up to the names that it has on paper. This Pittsburgh Steelers matchup is going to be a testy one, but Cleveland should put up points. Seattle Seahawks kicker Jason Myers gets on this list thanks to playing at home. The Minnesota Vikings Defense has been playing quite well of late, but Seattle will find ways to score. Tampa Bay Buccaneers kicker Matt Gay slips down the rankings this week, but this offense is too explosive. He very easily could outperform this, but big touchdowns always temper his expectations.
These last two have been banished from my rankings for a while, but Chicago Bears kicker Eddy Pineiro has clawed his way back. Their offense finds ways to move the ball, but they don't always score touchdowns. In a dome, he should have a solid game against a bad defense. Indianapolis Colts kicker Adam Vinatieri is back. His kicking motion has looked more natural and less forced over the last two weeks, and the team has been relying on him to finish off drives when the offense is stalling.
Kickers to Avoid
Brandon McManus of the Denver Broncos is playing at home which you love, but I don't love him with a struggling quarterback against a good defense. They were dominated by the Buffalo Bills last week, and I see some similar struggles coming against the Los Angeles Chargers.
Chris Boswell of the Pittsburgh Steelers is here again for Week 13. His offensive weapons are still depleted, and I don't see a ton of points being scored by either side. Boswell could easily finish with just four points on a field goal, and no one would bat an eye.
Aldrick Rosas of the New York Giants has a brutal matchup this week. They're playing a good Packers Defense, and Green Bay is looking to roll in a hurry. The Giants could be out of this game in a hurry which would force more two-point attempts out of the Giants.
