Week 10 Kicker Streamers and Starts - 2019 Fantasy Tiers, Rankings

We're on to Week 10, and the NFL season is officially half over for every single team, even if they've had their bye week. Don't worry, you're not alone. I'm crying too. We wait months and months for the NFL to come back, and, in the blink of an eye, it's almost over.

For fantasy football, your season is even closer to being done. The playoffs are approaching, and you could be in a dog fight to get yourself in or maybe you're just jostling for playoff position. With that in mind, let's take a look at which kickers are going to help you during your push this week.

In Week 10, we have a hefty number of teams on a bye with six of them taking the week off. For kickers, four and possibly five of the six teams that are off this week have kickers that you could have been starting. So, who will take their place for you?

Week 10 Kickers To Start & Stream: Tiers & Rankings

Tier 1 NFL Kickers

1. Wil Lutz (NO) vs ATL
2. Justin Tucker (BAL) @ CIN
3. Joey Slye (CAR) @ GB
4. Harrison Butker (KC) @ TEN
5. Matt Gay (TB) vs ARI

New Orleans Saints kicker Wil Lutz gets the top spot this week. His offense will have quarterback Drew Brees under center and running back Alvin Kamara is likely to return to the lineup. Against the Atlanta Falcons, this is easy money. Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker missed an extra point on Sunday night, but I don't care. Against the Cincinnati Bengals, I'm locking him in for an elite week. Carolina Panthers kicker Joey Slye gets the third spot this week. Their offense should be able to move the ball but the Green Bay Packers have been good at stopping offenses in the red zone.

Kansas City Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker is getting the next spot in the rankings this week. This is with the assumption that quarterback Patrick Mahomes is going to be playing. If he doesn't, he'll likely get bumped down a few spots, but he'll still be a playable kicker. Tampa Bay Buccaneers kicker Matt Gay is up next. His great offense is playing against a bad defense. That's a recipe for putting points on the board.

Tier 2 NFL Kickers

6. Greg Zuerlein (LAR) @ PIT
7. Robbie Gould (SF) vs SEA
8. Mason Crosby (GB) vs CAR
9. Zane Gonzalez (ARI) @ TB
10. Stephen Hauschka (BUF) @ CLE

Los Angeles Rams kicker Greg Zuerlein is back this week from his bye. His offense has put up at least 20 points in all but one game this season. Against the Pittsburgh Steelers, they should be able to keep the ball moving. San Francisco 49ers kicker Robbie Gould, who is on the last undefeated NFL team, has a good matchup this week. Seattle has gotten the job done every week on offense. Their defense has left much to be desired. At home, San Francisco has a good matchup.

Packers kicker Mason Crosby is up next. After several weeks as one of the best NFL teams, they stumbled last week. That should get turned around in Week 10 at home. Remember why Matt Gay was in these rankings? Arizona kicker Zane Gonzalez is getting in for a similar reason. His offense is good, and the Bucs have a bad defense. Easy math. Buffalo Bills kicker Stephen Hauschka is up next. They're playing on the road against the Cleveland Browns, who can't get out of their own way. Hauschka should get scoring opportunities this week.

Tier 3 NFL Kickers

11. Brett Maher (DAL) vs MIN
12. Matt Prater (DET) @ CHI
13. Jason Myers (SEA) @ SF
14. Michael Badgley (LAC) @ OAK
15. Dan Bailey (MIN) @ DAL

Dallas Cowboys kicker Brett Maher leads off our final tier. The Dallas offense has been able to move the ball this year, and the Minnesota Vikings Defense has shown some cracks in their armor. Look for Maher to get on the field a fair bit in Week 10. Detroit Lions kicker Matt Prater doesn't have an outstanding matchup, but the Chicago Bears have just been struggling to buy a win. In a game that both teams are fighting for their playoff lives, I like Detroit to move the ball against the Bears.

Seahawks kicker Jason Myers could be in for less work this week if the 49ers Defense keeps lighting it up. Even still, you have to start him with how explosive this offense has looked this season. Los Angeles Chargers kicker Michael Badgley is back with a vengeance. He had 15 points last week, and he would have put up 20 if he hadn't missed a 44-yard field goal late in the game. The Oakland Raiders have allowed teams to move the ball and score points. Minnesota Vikings kicker Dan Bailey gets the final spot. While the defense has struggled, the offense has gotten the ball moving, especially on the ground. The Cowboys Defense has been had some issues stopping the run at times this season.

Kickers to Avoid

Daniel Carlson of the Oakland Raiders has been solid this season, but his matchup is brutal this week. If the Chargers play as they did against the Packers, allowing just 11 points, Carlson should have a very quiet week.

Younghoe Koo of the Atlanta Falcons is here this week for a few reasons. He's new to a team that has been struggling all year, and they're playing one of the NFL's three best teams on the road. Quarterback Matt Ryan (ankle) may also miss this game. Fade Koo this week.

Randy Bullock of the Cincinnati Bengals is getting ready to start a game with a rookie quarterback under center against a Ravens Defense that just took it to the New England Patriots. You can't trust him even with the game being at home.
