3/17:It's no secret at this point that the CF situation in Detroit is dire. On the first day of the offseason, the Tigers unloaded Cameron Maybin, and have yet to find a suitable replacement. It's been long suspected that Detroit would roll with a platoon of Mike Mahtook and Tyler Collins, neither of which offer much fantasy value. But this spring, JaCoby Jones has made a case for significant playing time. He owns a 1.008 on-base-plus-slugging percentage, with two home runs and two stolen bases. Strikeouts are an issue for Jones, but he also has tremendous upside. He could be a guy to keep on your radar as a late-round sleeper or on the waiver wire, especially if he's handed the starting gig in Detroit.--Tyler Germain - RotoBaller
