5/19:Catcher Wilson Ramos (knee) of the Tampa Bay Rays is working his way back to the field, catching bullpens and taking batting practice on Friday. If all goes well in his rehab, he will serve as the designated hitter to begin with, then start catching again, and could be in the Rays' lineup at the end of June. Ramos had a .307 batting average with 22 home runs for the Nationals before getting injured last season and was the top catcher on the market before his injury. The Rays signed him to a two-year deal but have not had him play yet. Catcher Derek Norris has provided a power boost at catcher. Even though Norris has a .930 OPS over the last 14 days, Ramos will be plugged right into the middle of Tampa Bay's lineup at catcher and is a must-add when he comes off the disabled list.--Chris Zolli - RotoBaller
