4/21:With little help from the offense, Baltimore Orioles starting pitcher Wade Miley needed to be dominant to help his team beat the Reds on Thursday. Miley threw eight innings, allowing one run on two hits with one walk and 11 strikeouts. He ended up not factoring in the decision, but those in leagues that count quality starts have to be impressed with this outing. After walking seven in his Baltimore debut, he has a 19:1 K:BB ratio over his past two starts. This level of success is unsustainable for Miley, who holds a career 2.55 K:BB ratio. However, with his next outing coming against the Rays, he is worth streaming while he’s pitching well.--Ben Ruppert - RotoBaller
