Wade Davis Picks Up Save
1 year agoColorado Rockies closer Wade Davis picked up his 40th save of the season on Sunday versus the San Francisco Giants. Davis struck out two and sent the Giants down in order to preserve the Rockies 3-2 lead. Davis has had a disappointing first season with the Rockies, pitching with a 4.55 ERA, 1.13 WHIP, 70 K's, and 40 saves in 59 1/3 innings. Davis should be owned in all fantasy formats due to his large volume of save opportunities.
