Tyler Duffey 2020 Outlook: Looking to Build on an Excellent 2019
5 years agoMinnesota Twins relief pitcher Tyler Duffey was excellent in 2019 and will look to continue that in 2020. While he won't start out in a ninth-inning role, Duffey could still have fantasy value due to his excellent rate stats. Last season, Duffey posted a 34.5 K% and a 5.9 BB%, both excellent numbers. His 2.94 xFIP and 2.74 SIERA show that his strong 2.50 ERA was not a fluke. Duffey is an excellent value pick at the end of drafts and should provide great stats in most formats despite not earning saves.
