3/16:Because of injuries and inconsistency, Travis d'Arnaud is heading into what is essentially a make-or-break year as the Mets' everyday catcher. The former highly touted prospect is certainly off to a good start this spring, putting up a .364 on-base percentage and .944 OPS along with two home runs, four runs scored and four RBI. However, given the inconsistency we’ve seen with d'Arnaud previously, it’s tough to buy in until we see him do it every day during the regular season. Health has always been his biggest question mark, but for the first time since 2014, last year we saw him struggle big time at the plate when healthy. The talent is there, but he’s running out of chances to prove he can be the guy the Mets need him to be. The plus side here for fantasy owners is that the high-ceiling catcher comes with a lot of upside for his dirt cheap draft investment price.--Andrew Bua - RotoBaller
