Tommy Pham Looks to Build Off His Breakout Season
7 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals outfielder Tommy Pham came seemingly out of nowhere last season to become one of the best fantasy outfielders in baseball. In 2017, Pham hit .306/.411/.520 with 23 home runs, 73 RBI, and 25 stolen bases. He was a true every-category fantasy contributor and posted an impressive 5.9 fWAR after having combined for just 1.7 fWAR for the rest of his career. Pham only needed 128 games to put up the eye-popping stats last year too, so he could be even better if he stays healthy in 2018. He's stated that he has been working on his speed this offseason and has set a personal goal to be a 30-30 player in 2018. Pham is one of the top fantasy outfielders playing today, and should be drafted as such.
