Ryan Anderson 2018-19 Player Outlook
6 years agoPhoenix Suns power forward Ryan Anderson found himself in a really bad spot at the end of his stay in Houston, but he could become a useful fantasy player once again following his offseason trade. Anderson has been among the best shooting bigs for years, but he went through some really tough times from the field last season and completely fell out of the rotation during the postseason. Arriving in Phoenix, he gets a fresh start, playing for a team that badly needed some three-point shooting after ranking near the bottom of the league in three-point attempts per game (9.3). Anderson is a 38.2 percent career shooter from deep and even after a couple of poor months still managed a respectable 38.6 percent efficiency last season. He'll get 10-plus points per night with around five rebounds, possibly even bigger numbers as he'll surely be motivated to show that he can still be a valuable player in the NBA.
