2 years agoIn 2014, Rickie Fowler made his first start at the Aberdeen Standard Investments Scottish Open and made a statement by finishing T8. He followed that up in 2015 with a win after firing off a pair of 66s and 68s to finish at 12-under, one-shot in front of fellow countryman Matt Kuchar. Fowler did not play in 2016 but came back with another bold statement in 2017 and finished T9 and capped off his fourth top-10 finish at the event. Fowler is very comfortable on links golf courses and ranks seventh in total driving efficiency, which is detrimental this week to stay out of the cabbage as much as possible and set up scoring opportunities. Fowler is ranked seventh in the Official World Golf Ranking and has a scoring average of 69.686.--Todd Dorsa - RotoBaller
