7 months agoOakland Athletics outfielder Ramon Laureano went 1-for-4 with a pair of strikeouts in Sunday's 7-1 victory against the Seattle Mariners. The lone single was good enough to extend his hitting streak to nine consecutive games. He is hitting .371 (13-for-35) with six runs scored and one RBI during the streak, raising his average from .222 to .250 in the process. He did see his streak of five straight games with a double, and three consecutive outings with a run scored, come to an end. Laureano remains a decent fantasy option in AL-only fantasy leagues and long-term keeper formats.--Daniel E. Dobish - RotoBaller
