Rajon Rondo 2018-19 Player Outlook
6 years agoLos Angeles Lakers guard Rajon Rondo enters the season in a new location. Rondo signed on with L.A. on a one-year, $9 million deal in hopes of helping the team make, and advance, into the playoffs this upcoming season. The veteran was an instrumental member of the New Orleans Pelicans last season, averaging eight points, eight assists, and a steal per contest. He will look to bring his intensity and superior court vision to a young up-and-coming backcourt in need of guidance. Though he isn't a sufficient source of consistent scoring, his ability to dish out dimes on a routine basis as well as rebound gives him more appeal in category leagues. He isn't projected to start, at least on a regular basis, but the minutes will still be there.
