Raheem Mostert 2019 Outlook: An Outside Bet For Production
5 years agoSan Francisco 49ers running back Raheem Mostert has found himself to have a potentially viable role as a fantasy back this season. With the injury to Jerick McKinnon, Mostert finds himself the third back on the 49ers depth chart. Mostert has bounced around the league since being drafted, but averaged 7.7 yards per carry on 34 carries last season. However, it is still an uphill battle for Mostert to get significant playing time, as he would likely require an injury to both Tevin Coleman and Matt Breida to see significant playing time. Mostert is not someone you should be looking to draft right now, but he is a player to add to your watch list as a potential in season pick up if the opportunity arises.
