12/11:Jerry Cransick of is reporting that the Philadelphia Phillies are progressing towards a deal to bring back free-agent relief pitcher Pat Neshek. He went 5-3 with a 1.50 ERA in 71 innings between the two clubs.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
