Torrey Craig (knee) has been listed as probable for the matchup against the New York Knicks on Friday. After a couple of stints on the sidelines, Craig has been in the midst of his second-longest healthy streak of the year. He's played in all but three games in March and April so far and has received some spot starts in the meantime. During this stretch, Craig has averaged 5.8 points, 2.6 rebounds, 1.1 assists, and 1.4 made threes across 18.0 minutes per game. His fantasy-relevance is limited, but can be a streaming option whenever others in the Bulls' lineup are injured.

Vince Williams Jr. (knee) has been ruled out again on Friday and will remain on the sidelines with tendonitis in his left patellar tendon. This will be his 13th consecutive game missed after becoming a surprising rotational mainstay this season. Williams is likely part of the team's future, so they're not going to risk him injuring his knee any further. In the meantime,
Scotty Pippen Jr.,
Jordan Goodwin, and
Lamar Stevens have all been solid streaming options. Each one of them can garner some DFS interest as well given the better matchup.

Santi Aldama (foot) will miss another game on Friday after getting ruled out due to right foot soreness. At this part of the season, the Grizzlies are ready to call it a year and get a top pick to add to their young core. Aldama has been in and out of the lineup over the last few games, so his inconsistent playing time isn't helping any fantasy teams that are still playing.
GG Jackson II,
Jaren Jackson Jr., and
Jake LaRavia have been the best streaming options in the Grizzlies' frontcourt.

Simone Fontecchio (toe) continues to deal with a toe contusion and has been ruled out for the 10th consecutive game. His last game was on March 17 against the Miami Heat. With only a little more than a week left in the season, we may not see him return, but that has not been officially reported just yet. The Pistons currently have the worst record in the league and the best odds at the number-one pick in the 2024 NBA Draft seem to be locked up. As Fontecchio has watched from the sidelines,

Grant Williams (ankle) is probable for Friday's game against the Orlando Magic. Williams has been dealing with a right ankle injury that placed a questionable tag on him last game versus the Portland Trail Blazers. Charlotte started him and proved he was healthy enough to play 33 minutes. Williams' increased role in the offense sees him averaging 14.3 points, 5.2 rebounds, 3.3 assists, and 1.3 three-pointers made over the past twelve games. The Hornets are limping to the end of another bad season, and players like Williams will get every chance to show their value for the future on a limited roster.

John Konchar (heel) will not play in Friday's game versus the Detroit Pistons. He will miss his sixth straight game as he continues to be hampered by plantar fasciitis in his right heel. Jose Alvarado (oblique) won't play on Friday versus San Antonio, marking his fifth consecutive absence. There's a chance the 25-year-old could miss at least a few more games moving ahead. Fortunately, the Pelicans recently got
Dyson Daniels back in the lineup. Daniels had his best game since returning from a lengthy layoff because of knee surgery, amassing 16 points and two steals on Wednesday against Orlando, making him a viable DFS option for Friday, but even more so if
Zion Williamson (finger) isn't available.

Jerami Grant (hamstring) is listed as doubtful for Friday's game against the Washington Wizards. Grant's right hamstring sprain has kept him out of action for twelve straight games, and it is likely to continue Friday and beyond. Portland started listing Grant as doubtful weeks ago, but he's not suited up once since then. Grant's season may very well be over since the Trail Blazers can only compete for draft lottery picks.
Jabari Walker,
Dalano Banton, and
Kris Murray all experience major minute increases in Grant's absence to provide fantasy value.

Vasilije Micic (shoulder) is expected to play against the Magic on Friday night. He's carried an injury designation over the last few games but has mostly played through it. However, the 30-year-old finally got a game off, sitting out Wednesday's loss to the Portland Trail Blazers. At any rate, Micic has played well since joining the Hornets, averaging 13.4 points, 6.5 assists, and 2.6 boards in 15 starts, making him a dependable DFS option, assuming he gets the green light to play.

Anfernee Simons (knee) has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Washington Wizards. Simons will miss his seventh consecutive game thanks to his left knee still limiting him. Portland's season ending in disappointment could see them be cautious and sit down Simons for the final week, but he certainly made a mark when he played. Simons is averaging a career-high 22.6 points, 5.5 rebounds, 3.6 assists, and 3.4 three-pointers made per game this season. The absence of Simons will allow overlooked names like
Rayan Rupert and
Dalano Banton to continue impressing with the extra minutes.

The 23-year-old unfortunately had to leave the match-up against the Lakers in Wednesday's game due to a migraine. He is still not fully recovered and could end up sitting out this next contest. If Avdija is unable to take the court, more playing time will likely open up on the wing for
Justin Champagnie and
Anthony Gill. Fantasy managers will want to check back on Friday to confirm his playing status.
