2 weeks agoDenver Nuggets forward Michael Porter Jr. (knee) is listed as probable for Tuesday's contest against the Jazz. He's landed on the injury report with right knee tendinopathy. Porter Jr. has missed just one game all season, and it looks like he will be good to go for a favorable matchup. The Jazz have the worst defensive rating in the league, and it's going to be a significant pace-up spot for Denver. Vegas has set the total for the game at 226.0 points, which is one of the highest marks on Tuesday's very busy slate.Source: NBA Injury Report
2 weeks agoDenver Nuggets point guard Jamal Murray (knee) is expected to play against Utah on Tuesday. The team has listed him as probable on the injury report. Murray has just returned from a seven-game absence. He posted 16 points, three rebounds, six assists, and a block in 21 minutes against Atlanta on Saturday after knee inflammation kept him sidelined for a couple of weeks. Murray could see limited action again on Tuesday, but he's in a good spot to make damage. Utah gives up the most assists per 48 minutes to point guards and is currently even more vulnerable on the backcourt due to the absence of defensive specialist Kris Dunn (foot).Source: NBA Injury Report
2 weeks agoWashington Wizards forward Kyle Kuzma (ankle) finds himself with a questionable tag ahead of Tuesday's encounter with the Timberwolves. He's played in just one of the past five games, landing on the shelf with a right ankle sprain. Jordan Poole and Deni Avdija have a bigger role on offense without Kuzma. Meanwhile. Corey Kispert has started to see a lot of extra action, reaching the 40-minute plateau three times in the past five games. He's finally found consistency lately, becoming a reliable fantasy option by averaging 19.3 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 2.8 assists with 3.3 three-pointers through the first few games of the month.Source: NBA Injury Report
2 weeks agoMemphis Grizzlies forward/center Jaren Jackson Jr. (quadriceps) has been ruled out for a third consecutive game as the team gears up to meet San Antonio on Tuesday. The reigning Defensive Player of the Year is nursing a right quadriceps injury. Santi Aldama (foot) is also on the shelf, resulting in big minutes to the likes of Trey Jemison, Maozinha Pereira, and GG Jackson II. Brandon Clarke also benefits in the situation, although his minutes are closely monitored following his comeback from an Achilles tear. However, Clarke has been productive when on the court, tallying 10.8 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 1.0 blocks. Memphis' big men face a difficult challenge against Victor Wembanyama on Tuesday.Source: NBA Injury Report
2 weeks agoMemphis Grizzlies guard/forward Desmond Bane (back) will be absent for a sixth consecutive game on Tuesday versus the Spurs. He's dealing with a lumbar disc bulge, leaving the keys to the backcourt to Scotty Pippen Jr. and Jordan Goodwin. Both players have been good fantasy producers lately, and Pippen Jr. is fresh off a career night. The 23-year-old totaled 24 points, five assists, and two steals in 30 minutes against Philadelphia on Sunday. Bane's injury also means more shooting opportunities for GG Jackson II.Source: NBA Injury Report
2 weeks agoSan Antonio Spurs guard/forward Keldon Johnson (foot) will once again come out of the lineup on Tuesday against Memphis. He returned from a three-game absence against Philadelphia on Sunday but injured his left foot in the contest. With Cedi Osman (ankle) also unavailable, Sandro Mamukelashvili could find himself back with the starters. He had his first start of the season against New Orleans last week and played well. Across 27 minutes, Mamukelashvili notched 15 points, five rebounds, two steals, a steal, and a block in a fairly difficult matchup.Source: NBA Injury Report
2 weeks agoOklahoma City Thunder guard/forward Jalen Williams (ankle) has been listed as questionable on the injury report ahead of Tuesday's matchup against Sacramento. He's missed the past four games with a left ankle sprain. Thunder head coach Mark Daigneault has tested several players in a starting role during Williams' absence, including Gordon Hayward (leg). He won't be able to go back to Hayward on Tuesday as he has been ruled out for the contest. Aaron Wiggins and Isaiah Joe will continue to have extra fantasy value if Williams can't play. If he is able to return, the 22-year-old will find himself in a good matchup against a team that likes to run but can't defend.Source: NBA Injury Report
2 weeks agoChicago Bulls guard Coby White (ankle) has been listed as probable for Tuesday's game against the Knicks. He injured his left ankle in a meeting with New York last week but logged 38 minutes on Sunday versus Orlando and doesn't appear to be seriously hurt. White has had an outstanding campaign and should relish the opportunity to test his talents against the Knicks' star point guard, Jalen Brunson. He faces a team that's allowed the fourth-fewest points in the league to point guards, but opposing ones have been getting high assists numbers all year against Tom Thibodeau's squad.Source: NBA Injury Report
2 weeks agoBoston Celtics forward/center Al Horford (toe) is questionable for Tuesday's matchup with the Milwaukee Bucks because of a left big toe sprain. Kristaps Porzingis (hamstring/rest) is also listed as questionable. However, the rest of the Celtics roster will be available on Tuesday. If both big men are unable to suit up, Luke Kornet, Oshae Brissett, and Xavier Tillman will likely see more minutes on the court.Source: NBA Injury Report
2 weeks agoDue to a left knee effusion, Philadelphia 76ers guard Kyle Lowry (knee) is questionable for Tuesday's matchup with the Detroit Pistons. Lowry sat out Sunday's meeting with the Spurs to rest. The 38-year-old has averaged 9.1 points and 4.0 assists in 28.4 minutes per game in his last seven outings. However, if he can't suit up, his absence should have little impact on DFS participants.Source: NBA Injury Report
2 weeks agoUtah Jazz guard Jordan Clarkson (pelvis) is out for Tuesday's meeting with the Nuggets. The 31-year-old has been sidelined for 12 of Utah's previous 13 games. But it would be a miracle to see him back on the floor before the end of the 2023-24 campaign. As usual, Collin Sexton and Keyonte George will remain viable DFS options, with the duo combining for 40 points in Sunday's loss to Golden State. At the same time, Johnny Juzang, who had 27 points in that one, should continue to attract the attention of DFS managers.Source: NBA Injury Report
2 weeks agoMilwaukee Bucks forward Khris Middleton (quadriceps) is probable for Tuesday's game against the Celtics. His presence on the injury report isn't anything DFS managers aren't used to at this point. However, although the veteran might be on the floor versus Boston, there's a chance he won't suit in Wednesday's encounter with Orlando, especially since he took a shot to the face in Sunday's loss to the Knicks. Nonetheless, the 32-year-old scored at least 21 points in two of his last three appearances. But if Giannis Antetokounmpo (hamstring) is ruled out, Middleton's ceiling could increase significantly.Source: NBA Injury Report
2 weeks agoBoston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum (knee) isn't listed on the league's official injury report ahead of Tuesday's showdown with the Milwaukee Bucks. The 26-year-old wasn't in the lineup on Sunday versus the Portland Trail Blazers because of a knee issue. But with the C's having a lock on the No.1 spot in the Eastern Conference, it was likely a routine night off for Tatum, who has only missed six games this year. At any rate, Tatum has faced the Bucks three times during the 2023-24 campaign. However, he's struggled during those contests, averaging 20.3 points while shooting 42.9% from the field.Source: NBA Injury Report
2 weeks agoDetroit Pistons shooting guard Evan Fournier (knee) is listed as probable for Tuesday's game against the Philadelphia 76ers. Fournier didn't suit up for Saturday's contest against the New Jersey Nets due to a sore right knee. Over his last 10 outings, the 31-year-old French sharpshooter has averaged 4.6 points in 19.0 minutes per game. His return won't boost the Pistons, who have lost 12 of 13 games going into Tuesday.Source: NBA Injury Report
2 weeks agoBoston Celtics center Kristaps Porzingis (hamstring) is questionable for Tuesday's clash with Milwaukee. The Celtics are the top team in the Eastern Conference standings by a mile, so there's a good chance Porzingis won't be on the floor. With Al Horford (toe) questionable, Luke Kornet and Xavier Tillman Sr. could be in line for more minutes underneath the rim. However, Kornet has a much higher fantasy upside, so DFS managers should keep him in mind if Porzingis and Horford don't suit up.Source: NBA Injury Report
