7 months agoAtlanta Braves starter Mike Soroka allowed one run on two hits through two innings of work during a 4-1 win over the San Francisco Giants on Monday. He struck out seven batters without walking any. The 21-year-old now has a 5-1 record to go along with a sensational 1.01 ERA, 0.87 WHIP, and 41/14 K/BB rate. The former first-round pick is unquestionably one of the top young arms in baseball. Soroka has a tougher matchup against the St. Louis Cardinals in his next outing, but he is worthy against any team at this point.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
