6/12:After finishing the Memorial Tournament in style by shooting a final-round 65 to finish T13, Matt Kuchar looks to roll that intensity over to Shinnecock Hills. Kuchar has shown time and again that he can infiltrate the top page of the leaderboard, quietly shooting low rounds on Fridays and Saturdays to set up Sunday. A perfect example was the 2017 Open Championship when Kuchar was in the final pairing and made three bogeys to finish second to Jordan Spieth. Kuchar’s play heading into the U.S. Open has been great, only missing one cut in his last 17 starts, and he has recorded three top-10 finishes for the season. Kuchar is ranked 25th in the Official World Golf Rankings and has a scoring average of 70.572.--Todd Dorsa - RotoBaller
