2 years agoThe Texas Rangers have had conversations about moving relief pitcher Matt Bush into the starting rotation. Bush was very solid for Texas again in 2017, posting a 3.78 ERA, 1.45 WHIP, 10.0 K/9 and 10 saves as the team's closer for much of the year before he was injured. He was even better in relief in 2016, posting a 2.48 ERA and 0.94 WHIP in 61 2/3 innings. Bush has the stuff to be an intriguing fantasy starter, but the fact that he's thrown only 114 innings in two years with Texas would mean his workload would significantly cap his ceiling as a fantasy starter.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
