Luke Willson 2018 Outlook: Is He Ready To Roar In Detroit?
6 years agoAfter spending his career in Seattle, Luke Willson will take his talents to Detroit in hopes of filling the lofty shoes of departed Eric Ebron, a task that shouldn't be difficult for the former Seahawk to accomplish. Willson is more known as a blocking tight end giving him very little value in drafts as in 16 games last season he had a total of 153 receiving yards on 15 receptions while in his 72 game career, he only has 89 receptions and 1,129 yards. While he does have an incredible reception to touchdown ratio of 9:1, this only comes on 11 touchdowns in five seasons, which means you would be using a draft pick on someone whose career averages are 18 receptions and two touchdowns. He is not worth a draft spot in any league format including dynasty or best ball.
