6 months agoArizona Diamondbacks starter Luke Weaver (arm) had a follow-up MRI on Monday that showed improvement in his pitching arm. Weaver felt discomfort during a shortened start on May 26 before being put on the injured list. He was ultimately diagnosed with multiple mild strains in his throwing arm, although, he thankfully avoided needing surgery. The improvement bodes well for the 25-year-old, but there is still no throwing program in place as of yet. Weaver is worthy of a stash if fantasy managers have space as he was dynamite for the Diamondbacks before getting hurt.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
