5 months agoDallas Mavericks guard/forward Luka Doncic dazzled Friday against the Minnesota Timberwolves, drilling the go-ahead bucket in the final minute, accounting for 29 points on the night. His 12 assists gave Doncic his seventh double-double of the season, coming just two rebounds shy of recording his first career triple-double. Recording just one turnover in 35 minutes, Friday was one of his best statistical games of the season, and he technically served as the starting point guard without Dennis Smith Jr. Doncic is now averaging 20 points per game through 41 contests and appears to be only just getting started. He next faces the Golden State Warriors on Sunday.--Jesse Borek - RotoBaller
