3/16:Since returning from injury last week, Lucas Duda has been on a tear. While he finished 0-for-3 on Thursday, the veteran first basemen is hitting .316 with a .350 OBP, 1.192 OPS, with three runs scored, six RBI, and two home runs this spring. Perhaps more importantly, he hasn’t demonstrated any signs of further injury from the stress fracture that kept him out of action for most of 2016. While the Mets have been trying out a few different names at first base in the event Duda’s health doesn’t hold up (the most intriguing of which being Jay Bruce), so far, so good for the Amazins’.--Andrew Bua - RotoBaller
