4/20:Toronto Blue Jays designated hitter Kendrys Morales hit a huge home run for the Blue Jays to tie the game at one in the ninth inning against the Red Sox on Thursday, but it ended up all for nothing as Toronto eventually lost 4-1. He finished 2-for-4, with his game-tying bomb coming off of Red Sox closer Craig Kimbrel. The long ball was his third of the season. Morales is now slashing .232/.317/.429 with seven runs scored, nine RBI, and a 6:12 walk-to-strikeout ratio. It’s been a generally disappointing start to the season for him, but maybe Thursday’s homer will get him right. He faces off against the Angels and starter Alex Meyer on Friday, a pitcher he doesn’t have any career at-bats against.--Andrew Bua - RotoBaller
