8/14:Los Angeles Dodgers third baseman Justin Turner went 2-for-4 against the Giants on Monday night, including a solo shot in the fifth inning off Justin Verlander that gave his team a 2-0 lead. It was his eighth straight game with at least one hit, and the 33-year-old seems to be fully healthy and back to the form that won him the NLCS MVP in 2017. Since coming off the disabled list on August 2, Turner is batting .400, with two home runs, four RBI, and eight runs scored. He's also now hitting in a lineup that includes Manny Machado, Brian Dozier, Chris Taylor, Kike Hernandez, etc, etc. The Dodgers are in a real dog fight for the NL West (currently one game behind Arizona and tied with Colorado), so Turner's clutch hitting should play well over the final month and a half.--Devon Taylor - RotoBaller
