7 months agoMinnesota Twins shortstop Jorge Polanco went 1-for-4 with a solo homer in a 7-1 loss to the Houston Astros on Wednesday. Polanco provided all of the offense on a night where Houston ace Justin Verlander was dealing. The veteran shortstop is off to a fast start this season, batting .366 with five homers, 15 runs and 10 RBI on the year. Polanco is a solid contributor across the board and despite not having a steal on the year, he swiped double-digit bags in his last full season. It is worth kicking the tires on him if you need help at the shortstop position.--Matt Terelle - RotoBaller
