1 month agoWashington Wizards point/shooting guard Jordan McRae sustained a sprained left ankle during the second quarter of Friday’s game versus the Toronto Raptors and will not be able to return for the remainder of the outing. McRae’s injury is yet another in the seemingly endless list of ailments to befall the Wizards this season. Prior to his departure, McRae played six minutes off the bench and shot 1-for-5 from the floor en route to a three-point showing. The 28-year-old appeared in considerable pain after spraining his ankle, with his next chance to take the floor coming Monday against Detroit.--Jesse Borek - RotoBaller
