3 years agoRookie running back Jordan Howard didn't make national headlines like fellow rookie back Ezekiel Elliott made in Dallas, but he should have. In only 13 starts (15 games), he rushed for the second most yards in the league with 1,313 thanks to his 5.2 yards per attempt, a number good for fourth in the league. His 87.5 yards per game was the third best in the league. Howard does have some areas in need of further refinement to get him into the slam-dunk RB1 bucket, namely rushing touchdowns (he only had six) and pass catching (he only caught 29 of 50 passes). Sure, Jeremy Langford began the season as the starter, but injury and ineffectiveness left him on the bench, regulated to a seldom-used backup role. The Bears will take that swap and so will fantasy owners. There's going to be a lot of hype surrounding Howard during his second season. Believe it.--Tony
