John Brown 2020 Outlook: Solid Despite Demotion
5 years agoBuffalo Bills wide receiver John Brown had a strong 2019 season, reminding everyone what he is capable of doing on the field when he is not battling multiple injuries throughout the season. He paired well with quarterback Josh Allen and should continue to develop that strong chemistry in 2020. The Bills added Stefon Diggs, who will immediately take over as the WR1 on the Bills offense, but Brown is actually much better suited to run as the WR2 on an offense anyway. While his target share may decrease slightly with the presence of Diggs on offense, Brown will possibly see more deep balls and less coverage from the opposing team's top defensive backs. Brown should remain a solid WR3 in standard formats with some nice reachable upside in best ball leagues.
