3 years agoSecond baseman Jason Kipnis had one of the best years of his career in 2016 as he re-established himself as one of the top second basemen in fantasy baseball. He finished the year hitting .275 with 23 home runs, 91 runs scored, 82 RBI and 15 stolen bases, with the home runs and runs scored new career benchmarks. After hitting only 15 home runs combined over 2014-15, it seems like there's a chance that power could be shortlived. But as this was always expected out of the now 29-year-old and he plays in a hitter-friendly home park and division, there's quite a lot saying otherwise. With Kipnis back to a 20-20 threat, he'll be one of the first second basemen drafted in all leagues.--Tony
