4/20:Tampa Bay Rays starting pitcher Jake Odorizzi is dealing with a hamstring injury and played catch on flat ground on Wednesday, working his way back to the rotation. He is still not able to throw off of a mound, which is the next step, but the Rays still expect him to miss two starts. Erasmo Ramirez is taking Odorizzi's start today against the Tigers, and current Tigers have a .668 OPS against Ramirez in 42 career at-bats. It might not be worth starting Ramirez on Thursday, but he does have a decent track record against Detroit and does have a 2.65 ERA at Tropicana Field in his career. Lance Lynn is a hot pickup for starting pitchers as another option, as he has a 3.12 ERA in 17 1/3 innings this season and has a good matchup against Milwaukee on Saturday.--Chris Zolli - RotoBaller
