Jacob Hollister 2020 Outlook: Lost In The Shuffle
5 years agoSeattle Seahawks tight end Jacob Hollister will enter the year looking to maintain a role on the team. After a few seasons with the Patriots, Hollister was dealt to Seattle in April of 2019 but was ultimately relegated to the practice squad. The 26-year-old did eventually get a chance to suit up last season and filled in admirably at times, with his most notable performance coming against the Buccaneers in Week 9 when he would finish with two touchdowns. He grabbed another touchdown in Week 10 against the 49ers but was relatively quiet for the remainder of the year. The 26-year-old will next begin the season likely nestled behind the newly acquired Greg Olsen, who signed with the team after nearly of decade of service in Carolina, and potentially Will Dissly, who may be back to start the year after injuring his Achilles in October. Hollister will also battle 2020 fourth-round selection Colby Parkinson for a spot, making him an undesirable fantasy option across the board.
