3/20:Jacob deGrom was in the midst of a great spring training, almost too good to be true with the stellar results we were seeing. In his first real game being stretched out, however, things didn’t go as well. He allowed four earned runs on seven hits and a walk in 5 1/3 innings pitched against Miami on Sunday. Not to worry though, deGrom was putting more mileage on his arm today than he had all spring, and these results commonly occur as guys get themselves stretched out for when the games really start to count. The fourth-year pitcher seems primed for a big year after his 2016 was cut short due to right elbow nerve damage.--Andrew Bua - RotoBaller
