Jabari Parker 2019 Player Outlook
5 years agoAtlanta Hawks forward Jabari Parker will be sporting a Hawks uniform this season after stints with Chicago Bulls and Washington Wizards last season. Parker carved out 27.3 minutes a night after being dealt to the Wiz where he managed to post 15.0 points, 7.2 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 0.9 steals to go along with 1.0 makes from three while shooting a solid 52.3% from the floor across 25 games. With John Collins expected to explode this season for the Hawks at the power forward spot, we can easily see Collins also getting minutes at the five with Parker getting some extra minutes at the four on top of his backup minutes. With saying this, what kind of value do we see for the now journey man Parker? His ceiling will most likely be the numbers he posted in a Wizards jersey last season, with his floor being a low double-digit scorer off the bench with five to six boards a night. Either way, he holds some solid late-round value and is for sure worth a look in the later rounds across all formats.
