7 months agoLos Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Hyun-Jin Ryu (groin) will come off the injured list to start on Saturday against the Brewers, pushing Clayton Kershaw back to Sunday. Ryu's groin injury wasn't serious, so he did not need a rehab start at all. The 32-year-old left-hander was excellent last year when he was healthy and is 2-0 with a 3.07 ERA, 0.89 WHIP and 14 K's in 14 2/3 innings this year. He should've remained stashed in all leagues while he was injured, but Saturday's matchup against a strong Milwaukee lineup might be dicey in his first start back. His return will push talented youngster Julio Urias to the bullpen for the foreseeable future.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
