7/16:Cincinnati Reds starting pitcher Homer Bailey had a rough time against the Washington Nationals on Sunday. The right-hander allowed eight runs in four innings as he took his third loss of the season. Bailey, making just his fifth appearance after starting the season on the disabled list, has either been really good or really bad in his starts. In his two wins, Bailey has allowed just two runs. In his three losses, Bailey has allowed 22 runs. Once a dependable fantasy starter, Bailey is simply too inconsistent and too blowup-prone to trust in fantasy leagues. He will look to get back on track this Friday against the Miami Marlins.--Matt Terelle - Rotoballer
