3/13:Seattle Mariners starting pitcher Felix Hernandez (forearm) is optimistic about Opening Day, according to Ryan Divish of the Seattle Times. Hernandez threw a bullpen Tuesday and said that the throwing schedule is not an issue. Hernandez is hoping that there will be another a bullpen in two days followed by a game. "I've done this before on purpose," Hernandez said of a delayed throwing program. Hernandez is progressing after taking a line drive to his forearm, but he will need to make a few spring starts before the team feels comfortable allowing him to pitch in the opening series of the season against the Indians. King Felix is no longer a true fantasy ace after suffering through injuries for the first time in his career in 2017. He can still provide value at the back end of a fantasy rotation in deeper leagues, though, if he stays on the field.--Chris Zolli - RotoBaller
