7/17:Veteran hurler Edwin Jackson will make his first 2017 start for the Nationals on Tuesday. Jackson played for the Nats in 2012 and this will be Jackson's fourth team in two years. The announcement comes on the heels of losing Joe Ross to Tommy John surgery. Jackson will face the Cincinnati Reds and brings a 7.20 ERA and 3.00 WHIP with him that he threw over five innings for Baltimore. Because it's the Nats, deep league players should grab him in the off-chance that he's usable, but everyone else should just monitor the situation.--Mario Hernandez - RotoBaller
