1 year agoHouston Texans wide receiver Deandre Carter could become the team's new punt returner after running back Tyler Ervin was released last week. Head coach Bill O'Brien said Carter would be the "prime candidate" to return punts moving forward. Carter returned 10 punts for 103 yards for the Eagles this year before being claimed off waivers. He also has 204 return yards on kickoffs. Carter could make his debut with the Texans in Week 11 against the Redskins, although he's unlikely to have any fantasy relevance.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
