4/20:Boston Red Sox starting pitcher David Price (elbow) threw long toss today and felt some soreness as he tried to throw a bit harder, but will still throw a bullpen tomorrow. Price has yet to pitch during the 2017 season and manager John Farrell is trying to be aggressive with his rehab to get him back on the field sooner than his May prognosis. Eduardo Rodriguez also recently went on the paternity list, making the Red Sox even shallower at starting pitcher. Price is a low-tier SP2 for the remainder of the 2017 season and should be held in all leagues.--Chris Zolli - RotoBaller
