4/21:Baltimore Orioles relief pitcher Darren O’Day came in relief of starter Wade Miley in the extra-innings game against the Reds on Thursday. He threw one scoreless inning, allowing no hits or walks with two strikeouts and earned the win thanks to shortstop J.J. Hardy’s RBI single in the 10th. That’s now three straight scoreless appearances for O’Day, who’s ERA got up to 18.00 after a tough outing against the Yankees earlier this season. He has not issued a walk in four straight outings either, meaning his current 7.94 ERA and 2.29 WHIP will continue to drop. If he has regained his form, he can be a valuable asset in fantasy leagues that count holds.--Ben Ruppert - RotoBaller
