Darren Collison 2018-19 Player Outlook
6 years agoIndiana Pacers point guard Darren Collison never gets the fantasy recognition he deserves as he is a better than average floor leader in the fantasy world. He put together a gem of a 2017-18 where he averaged 12.4 points, 5.3 assists, 2.6 rebounds, 1.3 steals, 1.4 makes from three and just 1.2 turnovers a night and to add he had one of the best shooting splits from the point guard spot last season with .495/.468/.882. With the addition of Tyreke Evans, we may see Collison playing off the ball a bit more, which may benefit the guard in small-ball lineups as he can be freed up to knock down more shots from deep. Either way, do not sleep on Collison as he can produce top-15 numbers from the point guard position and can be taken in the late rounds in most formats.
