3 years agoThe loss of starting QB Tony Romo hurts the entire Cowboys offense, including kicker Dan Bailey. Still, Dan Bailey will be an elite-level kicker this season. Last season he made 30-of-32 field goals; his 93.8% field goal percentage was tied for first in the league with Giants kicker Josh Brown. He made all 25 of his extra-point attempts last season, which was actually the lowest total for his career. This season, it seems as if he will play without strong QB play, meaning his number of kicks should be lower once again. However it is tough to play worse than Matt Cassel and Brandon Weeden did at QB last season, and with the accuracy you get from Bailey (career 90.6% field goal percentage) he still has elite level potential in this offense. Draft him in the last round or two with confidence.--Ben Ruppert - RotoBaller
