3 years agoWide receiver Cameron Meredith made good on his growing on-field relationship with quarterback Matt Barkley to put up his second 100-yard receiving game of the season Saturday in the Bears' 41-21 loss to the Redskins. He caught 9-of-12 targets for 135 yards and a touchdown, following last week's nine-catch, 104-yard performance. He now has been on the receiving end of a huge 33 targets the past three weeks as the Bears' offensive plan seems to be nothing more than throw everything at the wall and see what sticks. Meredith should now be viewed as the lead receiver in Chicago again, making him a great WR2 to close out the season.--Tony
