10 months agoCarolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton was unable to do enough to win his Week 6 matchup against the Washington Redskins. Newton finished the game with 27 passing completions from 40 attempts for two touchdowns and interception, which would have been a middling fantasy performance, however, his 43 yards rushing and early two-point conversion meant his fantasy performance was saved from being outside the top 12 for the week at the position. Going forwards it looks like fantasy owners will be hoping for the continued rushing work in order to provide the week to week scoring for the signal-caller--Richard King - RotoBaller
