4/20:Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim relief pitcher Bud Norris threw a clean eighth inning Thursday, recording one strikeout in a 2-1 loss against the Astros. Norris is having a spectacular season out of the bullpen for the Angels, having thrown 8 1/3 innings and only surrendering two runs, both in one bad outing back on April 4. He has a 10:1 K:BB ratio and a 2.16 ERA with a 0.84 WHIP. Norris does not carry a lot of value in traditional fantasy setups, but in leagues that count holds or leagues that reward high-inning relievers, Norris could be a low-cost addition. The 32-year-old is very unlikely to challenge for any saves but could get a spot start every once in a while, considering he has 185 career starts. Norris and the Angels will head home for a four-game set against the Blue Jays next.--Andy P - RotoBaller
