8/13:The Milwaukee Brewers acquired second baseman Neil Walker from the New York Mets on Saturday in exchange for a player to be named. With Jonathan Villar struggling mightily at the keystone after a big 2016 season, the Brew Crew obviously wanted to give him help at the position. Walker hasn't had himself an overly impressive season either -- he's hitting .264 with 10 homers and 36 RBI in 265 at-bats -- but the two could form a platoon at second base as the Brewers try to win the National League Central. The trade also doesn't help the fantasy value of Eric Sogard, who has cooled off dramatically after a quick start to the year. Hernan Perez won't be affected as much, as he moves all over the diamond and also fills in regularly in the outfield.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
