3/16:Entering the Chicago Cubs’ 2017 Spring Training camp as a candidate for the club’s final rotation spot, veteran Brett Anderson has stumbled across four starts. The 29-year-old has tossed a total of eight innings, giving up 15 hits. While he’s kept his walk count effectively low ad his strikeouts have been solid, the performances are doing nothing for his chances, which were already up for debate beforehand. While Anderson has a couple of more starts with longer performances ahead of him, his improvements must come fast.--Ricky Delgado - RotoBaller
